In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pk555", "we", "us", "our" refers to pk555 and the legal entity operating the pk555 platform under its international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the pk555 website accessible at pk555.club, including all gaming products, account management tools, payment services, and promotional features made available thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the pk555 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the pk555 Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the native currency of the pk555 Platform.
• " KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, including identity verification via valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) as required before withdrawal processing.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you in PKR that are immediately available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to applicable verification requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary account suspension mechanism available within the pk555 account dashboard.

By accessing the pk555 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any gaming activity on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk555 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk555 Platform and, if you have an Account, contact pk555 support to request account closure.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk555 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, or understandings, whether oral or written.

3.1 Age Requirement. The pk555 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. pk555 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be suspended immediately and any funds returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each player may hold only one Account on the pk555 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk555 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon discovery of multi-accounting.

3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.4 KYC Verification. pk555 requires KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents may include a copy of your valid CNIC, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in suspension of the withdrawal request pending document submission.

3.5 Eligibility Restrictions. pk555 reserves the right to restrict or deny registration to individuals based on jurisdictional requirements or compliance obligations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. pk555 does not represent or warrant that access to the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction.

4.1 Credentials Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk555 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another player's Account credentials.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pk555 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pk555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.3 Security Features. pk555 provides two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional but strongly recommended account security measure. Session management tools allow you to review and terminate active sessions. All platform communications use SSL encryption as a baseline security standard.

4.4 Account Suspension by pk555. pk555 reserves the right to suspend or lock your Account pending investigation if we reasonably suspect unauthorised access, identity fraud, payment fraud, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. Where a suspension is initiated by pk555 for investigation purposes, we will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the registered email address on file.

5.1 PKR Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the pk555 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk555 does not apply currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your Account in PKR.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. pk555 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard inter-bank transfer. Payment method availability may change and players are advised to consult the cashier section of their Account for current options.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 1,000 for KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of KYC verification.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within a few hours for verified accounts. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other bank accounts are typically processed within one to three business days. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. Peak periods, technical maintenance windows, or additional verification requirements may extend processing times.

5.6 Withdrawal Conditions. pk555 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may only be directed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, subject to compliance and fraud prevention requirements. pk555 may withhold withdrawal amounts pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

5.7 Dormant Account Fees. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months are considered dormant. A dormant account administration fee of Rs. 200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. pk555 will notify the registered email address before applying dormancy fees.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pk555 are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of each bonus; expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to new pk555 registrants making their first qualifying deposit. Existing players are not eligible for welcome bonuses. Reload bonuses and ongoing promotions are subject to eligibility criteria specified in their respective terms. Creating a duplicate account to claim a bonus a second time constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. pk555 monitors betting patterns for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing equal or opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming, and coordinating with other players to abuse bonuses. Where bonus abuse is identified, pk555 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and suspend the affected Account.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonuses. pk555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes to ongoing promotions will not adversely affect players who have already accepted a bonus and are actively progressing through its wagering requirements at the time of change, unless there are exceptional compliance or operational reasons to do so.

7.1 Game Rules. Each gaming product available on the pk555 Platform — including casino table games, live dealer games, slot titles, the Kalaka Bingo room, Dragon Hatch, and the cricket and PSL sportsbook — is subject to its own game-specific rules. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

7.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games on the pk555 Platform are independently certified by a third-party testing laboratory. Certification confirms that game outcomes are statistically random and that the published return-to-player (RTP) rates are accurate. Certification records are maintained by pk555's compliance team and are available upon reasonable request.

7.3 Sportsbook Bet Voiding. pk555 reserves the right to void sports bets in the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement beyond a specified period, obvious pricing errors, market suspension due to integrity concerns, technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or circumstances beyond pk555's reasonable control. In the event of a void, the staked amount is returned to your Real Money Balance.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption during a game session, pk555's recorded data of the game state at the point of interruption shall be the definitive record for resolution purposes. pk555 will make reasonable efforts to restore interrupted sessions. Where restoration is not possible, the staked amount for the interrupted round will be returned to your Account balance.

7.5 Player Conduct. Players must engage with the pk555 Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at pk555 staff or other players — whether via customer support channels, live dealer chat, or any other communication medium on the Platform — will result in immediate account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the pk555 Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement with pk555 or any affiliated platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by pk555.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair gaming advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a software error are void.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime. pk555 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under its international licensing obligations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Platform's source code or proprietary game logic.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic or access restrictions imposed by pk555.

9.1 pk555's Commitment. pk555 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. When it causes financial hardship, emotional distress, or relationship harm, pk555's responsible gaming tools are designed to assist.

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk555 Account holders directly within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly PKR ceiling on deposits. Once set, the limit is enforced programmatically with no in-session override available.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying time elapsed and net session position.
• Self-Exclusion: Immediately suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. A self-exclusion period cannot be shortened once activated.

9.3 Age Verification Enforcement. pk555 enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory KYC verification prior to withdrawal. Where age-related concerns are identified, pk555 reserves the right to suspend an Account and request documentary proof of age at any stage.

9.4 Player Responsibility. While pk555 provides tools and safeguards, players are ultimately responsible for managing their own gaming behaviour. pk555 encourages all players to set personal limits, play within their financial means, and seek assistance if gaming is having a negative impact on their life. 10.1 Platform Content. All content on the pk555 Platform — including but not limited to the pk555 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game graphics, audio, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pk555 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited Licence. pk555 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10.3 Restrictions. You must not use the pk555 brand name, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes, including advertising, without prior written authorisation from pk555. Unauthorised use of pk555's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11.1 Platform Availability. pk555 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network outages, or circumstances beyond pk555's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. pk555 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings arising from technical errors not caused by pk555's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11.3 Maximum Liability. pk555's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pk555 Account in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Player Responsibility for Losses. Losses incurred through legitimate gameplay on a properly functioning Platform are solely your responsibility. pk555 does not accept liability for gambling losses. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss.

12.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by pk555 is governed by the pk555 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

12.2 Data for Compliance. pk555 may be required to share player data with regulatory authorities, financial intelligence units, or law enforcement agencies under its international gaming license obligations. Such sharing will be conducted in accordance with applicable data protection standards and will not require your prior consent where disclosure is mandated by law.

12.3 Marketing Communications. With your consent at registration, pk555 may send you marketing communications about promotions, new games, and platform updates via email or SMS. You may withdraw this consent at any time by updating your communication preferences within your Account settings or by contacting pk555 support.

13.1 Right to Amend. pk555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for the following reasons: changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements, changes to Platform products or services, security or fraud prevention requirements, or operational necessity.

13.2 Notification of Changes. Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via an on-screen notification upon next login, a minimum of seven days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

13.3 Effect of Amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact pk555 support to request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk555 holds its international gaming license. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

14.2 Dispute Resolution — Informal Process. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk555 Platform, you should first contact pk555 Customer Support by email at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. pk555 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten business days.

14.3 Dispute Resolution — Formal Process. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the informal process within thirty days of initial submission, either party may refer the dispute to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated under pk555's gaming license. The ADR body's determination shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
